At Nice Offer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective product or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return according to the conditions below.

Timeframes

• Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

• Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

For visible damages (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, sending photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, damage will be considered a result of misuse.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included.

• Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., removing links from a bracelet).

Once the product is received and passes the quality inspection, the customer may choose to:

• Exchange it for another product available in stock.

• Receive a refund for the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.

Important: The warranty does not cover

• Aesthetic damage after purchase (broken screen, scratches, dents).

• Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Improper use of accessories.

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery degradation, etc.).

• Non-recommended resistance tests (impacts, water exposure, or excessive pressure).
